What service do we offer?
A website selling original spare parts of the manufacturer that you can choose by using the online diagrams.
How to order :
1A - You select your vehicle with the model search, find your part on the diagram and then click on “order”.
1B – If you cannot find your vehicle on our website, we take you to the official website of the manufacturer where you can copy the part number and paste it in the box “see price”. Then click on “order”.
1C – If you already know the part number you need, you can order it directly by using “order by part number”.
You can change the quantity or add a comment on your order (think to validate).
2 - When your order is complete, we ask for your email address. If you do not yet have a account on one of the sites of the www.microfiches.net group, we ask you to provide us with your delivery details.
3 – As soon as your account is valid you return automatically to your order to select the method of payment wished.
4 - You can easily modify or cancel your order as long as you do not click on 'accept' (after validating your payment method). If you want to cancel or modify after this step you will need to send us an e-mail.
5 - The number of parts is limited to 30 per order.
Conditions of sale :
Availability : Original spare parts are available under 7/8 days at home (in the UK) in 98% of cases, by Royal Mail.
If you have not received your order in this delay feel free to contact us. We will give you an estimate of the date of availability of the missing piece. In the case where you wish to cancel an order, you should advise us immediately. Parts that are no longer available will be subject to a refund.
Delivery : For deliveries outside UK the price of transport indicated on the order must be regarded as information. There may be changes, but always with your agreement depending on the weight and volume including deliveries by aircraft.
To be able to use transport insurance, the buyer must check the state of the goods in presence of the deliverer and refuse any suspicious package.
Warranty : To allow you to order in complete peace of mind, we assure you a 6 months warranty on original spare parts (subject to the agreement of the manufacturer). The warranty will not apply in the case of normal wear and tear, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
Service : At reception of your package, we are at your service to meet your needs. To solve a problem you can send us an e-mail at any time. The products sold on our site are guaranteed according to the regulations, against any material or manufacturing fault.
Returns : Mindful of your satisfaction, any return must be subject of a prior agreement. The request must be made within 7 days of the invoice date by specifying the reason for the return.
The parts must be in their original packaging unopened. The return and initial delivery costs will be at the charge of the customer. Reimbursement will be carried out within 30 days of the date of claim, delivery costs deduced .
The maximum amount of order by credit card or cheque is 500£. Beyond, you will need to make a transfer.

-Cheque accepted up to 500£ but only from a UK bank.

Prices : Our prices are effective at date of validation of the order. They are likely to vary during the year without notice. They take account of the ongoing VAT at the time of the sale.
VAT EXPORT, excluding tax :
- All deliveries within the European union, will always be subjet to UK legal VAT rate. Professionals will be able to have the invoice excluding tax after reception of their VAT registration number.
-Deliveries in the rest of the world, VAT will not be charged but local customs duties are at the charge of the customer.
The above conditions are deemed fully accepted by our customers at the time of the order.
