Genuine part fit perfectly and was easy to change no instructions required only dissatisfaction was that when I ordered the part I expect to receive estimated delivery date this was not the case as such I had no idear when this would arrive as I need this quite quickly I had to order another though a different company that arrived next day but was slightly more expensive otherwise was overall happy

Excellent company. I messed up with delivery addresses but Bike-parts-Suzuki stepped up and provided a level of service beyond normal expectations. They are clearly focusing on the customer, what a refreshing thing these days!
