K5905-11026-000 - Suzuki

I was happy with the parts which were well priced but there was there was a big delay between buying and having them sent to me, the postage price was high for a small item also so you'd expect a quick delivery. It might have been good to have an indication of stock levels on the website and inform the customer if the parts need to be ordered in first, just so they know what's happening and that there would be a delay.

It was great to be able to get from suzuki the part I not get anywhere else, prompt communication from garage , they had to order from suzuki Germany but it wasnt a long wait for it. Thankyou very much for a pleasant transaction.

Very good service & pricing. Took a few days to get the genuine Suzuki part into stock but then only took 3 days to deliver to New Zealand. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

Ordered a few bits recently, trying to get my bike back to standard after buying it with a few light modifications. Easy to find what I want with the diagrams, plenty of parts for a 27 year old bike. Not everything as some parts are understandably obsolete and unavailable. Quick delivery once all parts were available and come well packaged. Good communication from them when parts are awaiting arrival on back order. No doubt I'll find something else I need soon!

The item was not received. Apparently an investigation was requested by yourselves as to why the item was not delivered. I've had no update. Im restoring a motorcycle and awaiting on this part to complete the rebuild of the front wheel. The other order is delayed as itrm on back order.! So delay delay delay.
