Very happy with the booking process and website, postage speed and the three items which arrived correctly and in perfect new condition, however the pair of bolts I ordered were not in in the box with the order - I have looked through everything a couple of times within the box.
I was dealing with a girl Jules who informed me the parts I wanted were out off stock at Bike Parts and at the manufacturer, but Jules made a few call, and got right back to me with the date Bike Parts would have the parts and the date I would have the parts. I had my parts on said date, Brilliant. Thanks Jules.
